About us

Philosophy behind the CSRanking Project

In the efforts to better understand the status of the CSR consulting industry, Lina, Elena and Haifa embarked on a journey to analyse the firms operating globally in the realm of Shared Value.

The results of this research are available in this website, but we are happy to chat over Skype on the nitty gritty of the research process and our findings.

We hope to clarify the value of shared value (sorry for the pun!), give an overview of where consulting companies fit in and offer recommendations moving forward.

We believe the establishment of global standards, with legal reinforcement measures, and the creation of a consortium of international CSR consulting practices, will help shared value become the standard in business.

The Researchers

Lina Zdruli

Lina Zdruli is the Project Lead for CSRanking. She was born in Albania and grew up in the United States, Italy and Canada. She is currently pursuing a masters degree at Georgetown University, specializing in Transatlantic Relations and International Business Diplomacy.

She am passionate about bringing private sector solutions to public social problems. Business is one of the most effective systems to measure needs and pain points - why not use this efficient system to help improve socio-economic and environmental issues?

By incorporating corporate social responsibility into operations, companies can reduce costs, inefficiencies and improve worker retention. Sustainable supply chains, energy efficiency and water conservation are just some of the measures companies can implement to increase competitiveness by reducing product costs and increasing their brand value.
